FAMILIES

AN INTRODUCTION TO & LIST OF THE FAMILIES WHO HAVE LIVED IN THE VILLAGE

INTRODUCTION

The first section is for families that lived in the village, for some such as the Muddles, Colbrans, Uridges & Watsons this was for for many generations over several centuries, but for other families the association was much shorter, just one or two generations. The intention is to detail the lives of all members of these families that lived at least part of their lives in the village together with where they came from if not born in the village and where they went to if they were not still resident in the vallage at the time of their death.

The second section is for the families of property owners who never lived in the village and more than one member of the family was involved in ownership of property in the village. These families are included to show how the different property owners were related and only those parts of these families needed to show this are included.
